Return/Cancellation Policy

Digital Art Commission Orders:-

 

• Please be advised though that because of the nature of our digital art commissions, I won't be able to accept refunds/cancellations for digital art commissions due to our country's GST taxation law.

 

If you are unhappy with your Illustration/Character, please email me! More than anything, I want to make it right for you. I will, however, make every attempt to satisfy you, by providing you unlimited revisions free of charge.

Physical Prints delivery:-

 

• I ensure 100% customer satisfaction for printing quality of drawings. I also, make sure you let us know of your dissatisfaction while you review your product mockups before it ships. By doing this, I don’t often get return requests. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received by the customer. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

All home delivery's will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned/confirmed by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@artyfist.com within 2 to 3 hours of placing the order however our executive will reconfirm the address with you before dispatching the product. Still, If the delivery address was confirmed wrongly or less detailed from your end then no refund/cancellation will be granted in such case.

ArtyFist can only offer coverage when items are indicated to be lost or damaged during transit. ArtyFist won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order nor can assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future! 

 

The risk of loss of, damage to, and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your Customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such a case, ArtyFist will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product. For Users in the European Economic Area, the risk of loss of, damage to, and title for Products will pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you has acquired the physical possession of the Products.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Therefore ArtyFist reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Shipping and Delivery

Digital Art commission Orders:- All digital illustrations are going to be delivered in printable JPG & PNG formats to your registered Email address within 6 to 12 days.

 

Physical Prints delivery:- If you choose to get your illustration printed and delivered to your doorsteps by ordering our merchandise from Print Shop, then it will take additional Production/Shipping time as mention below.

Production time:- 2 to 4 days {After the illustration was Ready}

 

Transit time estimates are shown below:

  • USA: 5-7 working days

  • CA, AUS, UK: 10-14 working days

  • Europe: 5-10 working days

  • Rest of World: 14-21 working days

All orders are going to be shipped fully tracked with FedEx or UPS and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.
